At IQdemie.com, we are committed to delivering a reliable and transparent service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for purchases made on our website.

1. Nature of the Service

      IQdemie.com provides digital IQ test results and a personalized certificate immediately after payment.

      Because this is a digital service delivered instantly, purchases are considered final once results have been successfully delivered.

      2. Technical Issues & Result Delivery

        If you complete payment but do not receive your results due to a technical issue:
        1. Please contact us at contact@iqdemie.com.
        2. We will locate your stored test data and send your results directly to you.

        Since test results are securely stored in our system, we can resend your results even if you closed the page or lost access.

        ⚠️ If we successfully deliver your results after a technical issue, the purchase remains valid and is not eligible for a refund.

        Refunds are only considered if results cannot be delivered.

        3. When Refunds May Be Issued

          Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

          ✔ Results Not Delivered

          Payment was completed, but results cannot be provided due to a verified technical failure.

          ✔ Duplicate Payment

          You were charged more than once for the same results.

          ✔ Payment Processing Error

          An incorrect charge occurred due to a payment system error.

          4. When Refunds Are Not Granted

            Refunds will NOT be issued if:
            • results were successfully delivered
            • results were sent via email after a technical issue
            • You are dissatisfied with your IQ score
            • You misunderstood how the test works
            • You changed your mind after receiving results
            • You accidentally purchased after viewing the results

            Because digital results cannot be returned, access to results completes the service.

            5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

              Before initiating a payment dispute, please contact us at contact@iqdemie.com.

              We are committed to resolving issues quickly.

              Filing unnecessary chargebacks after receiving results may result in restricted access to our services and submission of delivery confirmation to the payment provider.

              6. Processing Time

                Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
